Formula 101, Inc. requires that all participants in our driving and/or racing events, and spectators, sign a waiver.

Formula 101, Inc. and/or its associates are not responsible for any and all accidents and/or incidents as a result of participation in and/or attendance at our driving and/or racing events. You and/or your guests, and/or spectators, are fully responsible for any and all: costs, legal costs, court fees, medical treatment costs, emergency medical treatment costs, medication costs, transportation needs, housing needs, and personal needs that may be associated with any and all incidents and/or accidents, and/or acts of nature that may occur while participating in and/or attending a Formula 101 diving and/or racing event.

All corporate and individual driving events require a deposit of one half the total amount. Cancellations are accepted up to two weeks prior to a scheduled event. If you need to cancel within two weeks of a scheduled event, your deposit would be forfeited.

All rates, prices, offers, special events, scheduled events, dates and/or times, available event dates and/or times, and/or rules, and refreshements selection, are subject to change without notice. Track layouts may vary, depending on location.
